Our first Geisha varietal in several years. This specific coffee comes from a nano lot in Boquete Panama. The farmer, Benedicto Santamaria owns and operates a very small farm and only grows Geisha varietal. His dedication to producing this extremely delicate yet difficult varietal to process properly is a testament to what we believe specialty coffee is all about.
If you haven't had a Geisha coffee before, this is a great chance to experience the unique qualities that this varietal has to offer. We will roast this coffee on the light side of the roasting spectrum as not to diminish its unique tasting qualities.
Our minimum roast capacity will dictate when your order will ship as we want to ensure you receive this coffee as fresh as possible. Once your order is placed, we will notify you within 24-48 hours on when you should expect your coffee.
