A: Please contact jonathan@ironsmithcoffee.com and attach your resume in your email. Let him know what position you are interested in.  Additionally, feel free to drop off a resume at our Encinitas location during normal business hours.

Q: DOES IRONSMITH COFFEE OFFER FOOD?

A: Yes, we offer a select amount of pastries baked and delivered daily from Cake Monkey. We also serve sourdough toast from Prager Brother. On Sundays, we offer donuts baked fresh from VG Donuts & Bakery.

Q: DOES IRONSMITH COFFEE OFFER WIFI?

A: Yes, we have free WiFi for paying customers.

Q: WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE SHIP?
A: We ship for online orders every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday through USPS. The cutoff for shipping for each of those days is to have your order placed by 12pm noon. If an order is placed after 12pm noon, it will ship out the next shipping day.  We do not ship on the weekends. 

Q: RETURN POLICY
A: For all merchandise, apparel, and brewing purchases:
If merchandise, apparel, and or brewing equipment is defective on delivery, you may return or exchange within 30 days from purchase. If you wish to make a return for a product that is not defective, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and shipped within 30 days of purchase. 

For coffee purchases:
We cannot guarantee refunds on coffee purchases. If you are unsatisfied with a coffee purchase, please contact us here and we will get back to you in a timely manner to discuss. If a coffee purchase arrived defective or damaged, we will either reimburse or provide credit.
